I fell in love partnering with hard-working non-profit executives, creating greater impact in the services they provide to their communities, since graduating from college. Then, becoming a trainer of trainers during my 11-year career as a K-12 educator, I learned that change facilitation is my gift! Later, upon learning the immense value leaders provide their teams and organizations, I earned my doctorate in Organizational Leadership. Since then, I  specialize in co-creating thriving work environments with clients, innovating bespoke end-to-end change programs specific to human-centric leadership, effective teamwork, and employee engagement.
